Proposals, Contracts & Invoices

All official agreements (including deliverables, scope, timelines, and pricing) are sent through HoneyBook.
You must review and agree to those terms before work begins.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as HoneyBook, Stripe, or others.
I do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement, refunds are not guaranteed.
Refund policies may vary by service and will be detailed in your proposal or contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

When working with me, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, timely information and materials

  • Respond to messages and feedback requests in a reasonable time

  • Complete payments as outlined in your invoice or agreement

  • Respect the agreed-upon boundaries and communication windows

  • Use deliverables (documents, recommendations, feedback, PDFs, etc.) for personal use only unless written permission is given

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or affect service delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, videos, digital products, PDFs, worksheets, training materials, and service deliverables—is owned by Jennifer Flodin unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content

  • Share paid content or deliverables publicly

  • Claim any content as your own

Limited, personal-use licenses may be granted for certain paid products or client deliverables, but these do not include resale or redistribution rights.

This Site uses third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • HoneyBook (client portal, proposals, scheduling, payments)

  • Kit (email communication)

  • Google Analytics

  • Meta Pixel

  • WordPress + Divi

These tools have their own terms and privacy policies.
I am not responsible for the content or actions of third-party websites or tools.

I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching, consulting, evaluations, or any services provided.

Examples, testimonials, or case studies represent past results and may not reflect your experience.
